Digital Help Center:
Before contacting customer service with your question, please take some time to search through our help center. Here you can find information regarding how Vigo works; including short explanatory videos on how to use the app/webshop, information on payment, delivery, and how to use the shopping list. Use the search box at the top of the page to find the answer to your question.
Emails to Customer Service:
If you have a specific question that you can't find an answer to, you can write to customer support and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- In the Help Center: click on the green box that says "Kontakt os" in the bottom left corner. Choose "Email", fill out the form, and press "Send"
- In the app: Click on the grey icon in the bottom left corner, choose "Email", fill out the form, and press "Indsend" to forward your question to us.
Chat with Customer Service:
It is also possible to start a live chat with one of our employees both within the Help Center, the app and the webshop.
- In the Help Center: Click on the green box that says "Kontakt os" in the bottom left corner. Choose "Chat" and fill out the form and press "Start chat"
- In the app: Click on the grey icon in the bottom left corner, choose "Chat" and type your question in the box "skriv en besked" to send us your message.
- On the webshop: Click on the blue box that says "Hjælp". Find the chat by choosing "Kontakt us", choose "Chat" and fill out the form and press "Start chat".
Call Customer Service:
Are you in need of urgent assistance with your current delivery? Have you tried searching but yet you cannot find the answer in our help center? If so, you are welcome to contact customer support at the following number 88 81 65 00. You can call us every day between 08:00-19:00 (weekends included).
Please note: As a result of busy lines, you could experience some wait time when calling us. Therefore, it can be beneficial to contact us via email or chat. See the guide above for more information.
