Paid without scanning the QR code?
If the QR code wasn't scanned before making your payment in REMA 1000, it is still possible to register the payment on the order.
Do the following to solve the issue:
- Press the green bar that says "Tryk her for at betale" on the shopping list in the app.
- Press the link "Betalt, men glemt at scanne QR-koden?"
- Press the button that says "Scan stregkode på kassebonen"
- Now point the camera on your phone to the barcode at the bottom of the receipt.
- Your purchase is now registered and the receipt has been added to the order.
