The payment is not registered in the REMA 1000 app
It is possible to scan the receipt, if you experience the payment not being registered in the REMA 1000 app.
By scanning the receipt, the system will register the payment and notify the Vigo-customer of the updated delivery status.
Do the following to register the payment:
- Press the green button "Valider betalingen via bon"
- Press "Scan stregkode på kassebon"
- Point the camera on your phone to the barcode at the bottom of the receipt.
- Scan the barcode at the bottom of the receipt
